Your first name in a review
is a bonus.

You already do the work. Here it's written down in black and white, and it counts. Here's how it works, on one page.

“Perfect night for my sister's birthday. Special shout-out to Eva, who ran our table of twelve without ever losing that smile.”

Four steps

From your table to your counter

01

You work like you always do

Nothing changes in your service. The program doesn't clock your speed, count your steps or watch your hours. It looks at one thing: what guests write on their own. The only trigger is a happy guest who takes two minutes to say so.

02

You leave your card at the right moment

You have your own card and QR code, with your first name on it. You set it down when the guest is clearly happy: at the check, on the way out, after a compliment. Not before, that never works. The best moment is right after a guest has thanked you out loud.

03

The guest names you in their review

They scan, they leave a rating, and if they're happy they head to their Google review with your first name in front of them. That first name is what counts. A perfect review that names no one is nice, but it triggers nothing. Rough spelling, a nickname, a missing accent: the system still recognizes it.

The bonus lands in your counter

As soon as the review goes live, the mention shows up on the board and your counter goes up. Nothing to claim, nothing to prove, nothing to jot in a notebook. Everything is time-stamped and there to check. You can see which review triggered which bonus, any time.

The rewards

What you can win

Amounts are set by your venue and shown in your space. The counter resets to zero every month, so nobody is left behind for good.

every review

Per mention

A fixed amount the moment your first name shows up in a positive review. Two mentions in one month, twice the bonus.

every month

The monthly podium

The three most-named people get a bonus at month's end, on top of the bonuses they've already earned.

seasonal

The current contest

A bonus on whatever your management is pushing right now, with a prize for first place.

The script

What to say, exactly

Three lines that work, tested on the floor. Pick the one that sounds like you, say it in your own words.

the simplest

“If you had a good time, it really helps me if you say so here.”

The most effective one. You hand over the card at the same time.

the clearest

“You can put my first name, that way I know it's you.”

The guest gets right away why the name matters, without a word about money.

the quickest

“The QR is right here, it takes thirty seconds, and it counts for me.”

When the guest is in a hurry or already standing, go straight to the point.

What we never do: promise the guest anything in exchange for a review, offer a coffee or a discount, push when they hesitate, or write the review for them. A review obtained that way can be removed, and the venue can be penalized. We ask, we don't pay for it.

Good to know

The things people ask first

Nobody sees your earnings

The leaderboard shows each person's number of mentions. The amounts are visible only to you and your management.

There's no penalty

A month with no mention costs nothing. The counter never goes down, it just starts fresh the next month.

Unhappy guests don't land on Google

When a guest leaves a low rating, they're sent to a private form that reaches management. It's handled internally.

Reviews already written count

At launch, every existing review is re-read. If a guest named you months ago, the mention is found.

FAQ

Three more questions

What if the guest misspells my first name?

It happens a lot, and it's expected. Typos, missing accents and common nicknames are recognized. If a guest always calls you something else, tell your manager: that nickname is added to your profile and counts as your first name.

Two people share the same first name, how does that work?

The case is spotted when the team is set up. We tell the two of you apart with a detail guests use naturally, or the mention is settled by your manager based on the review's context. No bonus is ever assigned at random.

I work in the kitchen, I never see guests

Kitchen mentions exist, they come through the floor. Colleagues who serve can say your first name to the guest when they compliment a dish, and plenty of reviews name the cook that way. The program counts mentions, not your position in the venue.
